A history of experienced leadership

Founder
Charles “Chuck” Blixt
Charles “Chuck” Blixt is one of the founding partners of Inspecta-Homes. He is considered a pioneer, innovator, and leader in the home inspection industry, both locally and nationally for decades. Chuck was licensed in 1975 as one of the first Truth-in-Sale of Housing (TISH) Evaluators in the city of Minneapolis. Recognizing the need for education beyond the guidelines provided by the City of Minneapolis’ TISH Program in 1978 he cofounded the Minnesota Society of Home Inspectors (MSHI) to provide continuing education for Evaluators, serving as its first president. As the local industry grew and expanded, he and other inspectors recognized the need for a local ASHI chapter and in 1992 he cofounded the Heartland Chapter of ASHI serving the 5-state area, and again serving as its first president.
Succession Owner and President
